I love everything about the article, especially chapter about being positive - it's really easy to affect others with negativity, especially if you also incorrectly assign priority to a given problem (missing sense of priority, as said before). However, I missed one topic - the fact that abusing this principle too much ("don't bring me problems, bring me solutions") may accidentally create a culture where people are afraid to speak about problems early if they don't have a sketch on how to address them (this topic was touched in "The hard thing about hard things") without coming out as... lazy or pessimistic. Small detail to watch on.
